USA Pickleball achieves its mission of supporting pickleball at all levels across the country and meets its organizational strategic goals through the dedication of volunteer leadership. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the National Governing Body thrives due to the commitment of passionate individuals serving on our competency-based Board of Directors and engaged Committee members, all united in their mission to grow and support pickleball for all.

The Board of Directors works closely with the senior executive team to shape USA Pickleball’s vision, oversee finances and guide organizational operations through thoughtful policies. Committees work alongside the Board and staff, ensuring the growth and elevation of pickleball, the nation’s fastest-growing sport.

USA Pickleball is accepting applications for volunteer (unpaid) positions on the 2025 Board of Directors and various Committees. We’re looking for individuals who bring expertise, passion and a deep love for pickleball.
