On behalf of the USA Pickleball, thank you for your interest in becoming a new USA Pickleball ambassador. All applicants are required to be USA Pickleball members. If you are applying as a couple, each member must submit individual applications with responses to the questions and acknowledgements to our Code of Conduct.
As you complete the application below be sure to use a single browser and remember to hit the Submit Form button when you are finished. We will review your application and contact you shortly after it's been received. Current processing time is four to six weeks. Please be patient as our volunteers work to review your application.
