CONFIRMED REGISTRATION:

Doubles Registration Statuses:

1.) REGISTERED (In "MAIN" Section of Player List):

• To be fully Registered and Confirmed for a team event, both players must have completed registration and paid for the event (Entry Fee & Division Fee).

2.) INVITED or PENDING (In "WAITLIST" Section of Player List):

• If a player (Pre-existing UTR Account = Invited, New UTR Account = Pending) has been invited to join a registered player as a teammate, the team is NOT fully Registered and Confirmed until both players have completed registration. Teams will not be included in the tournament draw if registration is not fully completed.

3.) REGISTERED (Without Partner) (In "NEED PARTNER" Section of Player List):

• A player may be fully registered without a teammate. Players must be paired with a teammate/partner to be accepted into the event. When players are paired with a teammate/partner, the newly merged team will move from the "NEED PARTNER" section to the "MAIN" section of the event (if there is room available).
• It is the responsibility of the player to find a partner/teammate. (you can reach out to other players in your bracket that show as “Need Partner” using the blue message icon to the far right of the players info)
• If you would like to be merged with another player on the "NEED PARTNER" section of the player list, please email in to GoldenTicket@UTRSports.net (with potential partner CC'd).

EVENT REGISTRATION CHANGES & WITHDRAWS:

• If you need to make a change to your Registration Status in any Event (Change Events, Add Partner or Withdraw Completely), please email GoldenTicket@UTRSports.net. Please include the following information:
  • Full Name
  • Tournament Name (ie. Denver, CO - USA Pickleball Golden Ticket or UTR Sports - Pickleball Amateur Series: Punta Gorda, FL)
  • Event Name (Attempting to Register for OR already Registered for) (ie. Women's Singles UTR-P 6.0 (UTPR 5.0): 65+)
  • Partner Full Name (if Applicable)

AGE CATEGORIES:

• 5 year age breaks offered for 50 and above.
• 10 year age breaks offered for below 50.

SKILL LEVELS:

• Skill levels offered are UTR-P 4.0 to UTR-P 6.0.
• No UTR-P 7.0 or higher rated players may participate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• This is a skill/age tournament for brackets below age 65 and age/skill for brackets 65 and above.
• Partner search is the RESPONSIBILITY of the player.
• Based on resource restraints (courts, time, officials, etc), the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine a bracket if needed. These decisions are made to help provide the best player experience possible.

REGISTRATION INSURANCE POLICY:

• If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE above, you will be issued a full refund without the need to purchase Registration Insurance.
• During registration, you may choose to purchase the insurance ($20) in case you have to withdraw from the event after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE above. The last day to purchase the Registration Insurance is (February 12, 2025).
• No refunds or credits for any reason after (February 12, 2025) if Registration Insurance is not purchased.
