• $20 per player

COVERED:

• Players that purchase insurance during registration

 

• PRIOR TO CHECK-IN – 100% of all fees for the following:
  • Injury/Illness – doctor's note required
  • Jury Duty – jury notice required
  • Partner Drops Out – you choose not to participate

 

• PRIOR TO CHECK-IN – 100% of event fee ONLY (excludes registration fee) for the following:
  • Event canceled due to weather, with no make-up day option
  • Illness and partner DOES NOT find replacement

NOT COVERED:

• Players that do not purchase insurance during registration
• Event plays with format change due to weather
• Disqualification from tournament
  • Forfeit for any reason
• Pro events rescheduled due to weather – you choose to not participate
