A concrete slab. A net. Four-hundred cement bricks. And a stunning view of the mountainous skyline to the south. Everything’s clear up there. It’s atop an uphill, crater-filled street marked only by a standalone sign. Laughter radiates into the street and surrounding properties. So does the “thwack” of wood hitting plastic.
