Top 5 Things You Need to Complete Before You Can Check-in at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden!

1. DOWNLOAD THE CLEAR APP TO OBTAIN AND SHOW YOUR DIGITAL VACCINE CARD
   1. All attendees (yes, All Attendees!) and players 18 years of age and older are required to download the CLEAR app and digitally show valid proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to enter the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Minors will be subject to an alternate screening process at the venue. For more details about creating your Digital Vaccine Card, please VISIT THE EVENT WEBSITE.
      1. Important Note: Scroll past the “Create a Health Pass” and choose the “Digital Vaccine Card” (blue tile) – you do not need to create a health pass

2. DIGITAL TICKETING – YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE “AXS TICKET APP” TO ACCESS YOUR PURCHASED TICKETS & PARKING PASSES
   1. Prior to arriving to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, you must download the AXS Tickets App to get access to your digital tickets and parking passes.
   2. If you have not purchased a digital parking pass ahead of your visit, you can purchase via the attendant ($10) at the venue using a credit or debit card.
   3. You can purchase digital tickets on-site at the box office (credit/debit card only). This will require you to download the AXS app as no paper tickets will be issued.

3. CLEAR BAG POLICY
   1. In Order to provide a safe environment for fans and expedite entry into the venue, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden has instituted a Clear Bag Policy that will be in effect at the Margaritaville USA Pickleball National Championships.
   2. Players and referees are allowed to bring their equipment bag on the day they are playing in the tournament. Bags will be searched by security.

4. Cashless Venue
   1. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is cashless!
   2. As part of our commitment to a contactless guest experience, all purchases at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are now cashless transactions.
   3. All major digital forms of payment are accepted, including, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments will not be accepted.

5. Know Before You Go
