All Referees and Verified Trainees may suggest changes or new items to the 2027 Officiating Handbook. These changes must be submitted using the form. Any email or texted suggestion will not be accepted.
Be as detailed as you can. Drawings. pictures, or detailed descriptions help. There is a review committee that will contact you if needed for even more detail. The window for suggestions for 2027 closes on September 15, 2026
