Clinic in a Box Ambassador Interest Form

USAP Serves Clinic in a Box is designed to expand grassroots access to pickleball by equipping highly engaged USA Pickleball Ambassadors with training, equipment, and resources to lead welcoming, beginner-friendly clinics in community-focused settings. Selected ambassadors will participate in a one-year program commitment.

Clinics should support mission-aligned organizations and communities that may otherwise face barriers to participation, including schools, nonprofits, municipalities, veteran organizations, Boys & Girls Clubs, underserved communities, and other community-based partners. Clinics delivered through the Clinic in a Box Program must be offered free of charge to participants.

Note: Clinic in a Box equipment and resources are intended for approved community-based, mission-aligned programming only and may not be used for private lessons, private events, corporate events, or other non-community-based programming.
