REGISTRATION DEADLINE – July 11, 2024

Event fees:

• Registration cost will be $45
• Each event will cost $10
• pickleballBrackets.com charges a service fee of $5 for 1 event/ $10 for 2 or more events. These service fees are not refundable.

Players/Teams are not considered Entered into an event until each player completes their registration and pays their tournament fees. If a player completes their registration and does not have a partner fully registered within 5 days, they will be moved to the waitlist.

FORMAT OF PLAY:

This tournament will use a Round Robin/Pool Play format for all events.

• Events with 3 teams or less will be combined. Events with 4-7 teams will play a Round Robin with Playoffs.
• Events with 8 or more teams will use a Pool Play with Playoffs format.
• All Round Robin and Pool Play matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2.
• Round Robin events will have the top 4 teams move forward to the Playoff round.
• Pool Play events will have the top 2 teams from each pool move forward to the Playoff Round.
• Playoff and Pre-Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2.
• All Medal matches will best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE - July 11, 2024

CANCELLATION DATE: The last day to request a refund is July 11, 2024, by 11:55 p.m. EST. You must request a refund via the tournament registration software where you first registered for the tournament.

Any refunds issued for withdraws from the tournament will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Staying in the tournament but withdrawing from just an event does not incur a cancellation fee. All Event fee refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the tournament. Withdrawal refunds will be issued twice a month.
