USA Pickleball Officiating has launched Officiating Policy OP-003 International Credential Policy.  Effective today this policy details how Affiliated  International Referees may apply for a USAP Officiating Credential for use in the US at USAP events and venues.  This full policy is available on the USAP website under Referee Resources.  The FAQ is also available.
