USA Pickleball, the National Governing Body for pickleball in the United States, has announced eight Association of Pickleball Players (APP) Tour events as official Golden Ticket National Qualifiers for the 2027 Oceanview USA Pickleball National Championships.
These additions expand the 2027 Golden Ticket calendar, giving athletes across the country more opportunities to compete, earn their Golden Ticket, and secure Priority Registration for the sport’s longest-standing national championship.
Through USA Pickleball’s Golden Ticket tournaments, gold medalists in qualifying divisions earn Priority Registration for the 2027 Oceanview USA Pickleball National Championships. All participating athletes can also earn points through USA Pickleball’s Tiered Point System (TPS) based on tournament participation and placement, providing an additional pathway toward Nationals eligibility.
The eight APP Tour events join USA Pickleball’s owned-and-operated Golden Ticket tournaments and a growing lineup of National Qualifiers, strengthening the competitive pathway to Nationals while creating more opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels to pursue a national title.
