Growth of Pickleball Spawns Creative Fashion Designs

Pickleball enthusiasts can be a creative bunch and nowhere is that more evident than with the work of Lawanna Quist of the Ruidoso Pickleball Club in New Mexico.

She has designed and fully expressed a unique fashion statement with “Dinking Divas.” Providing innovative pickleball designs for shirts, caps and visors, Lawanna and her husband Patrick travel the southwest and support numerous USAPA-sanctioned tournaments displaying their latest creations, but also picking up a paddle and playing in events along the way.

Since 2015, the dynamic duo has racked up 44 gold medals in  various tournaments. Since elevating their play to the 4.5 level, they have medaled, but according to Patrick, “My wife and PPFL—Pickleball Partner for Life—are still looking for that first gold.’

Lawanna is currently working on a shirt design for the Scott Moore family and hopes to unveil that creative work of art soon. Her pickleball designs can be found at www.dinkingdivas.com.
