ANNUAL VIRGINIA PICKLEBOO October 25-27, 2024.

In order to get the shirts in time, we will place the order on October 1, 2024. Any registrations after will not receive a shirt.

$45 Registration Fee, $10 Referee Fee, $5 Volunteer Fee for a total of $60. plus $15 per event.

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 and all of the monies raised goes back into Virginia Pickleball.

All matches will have referees to the extent that referees are available.

We are continuing our Paddle Raffle with the best paddles on the market!

We will be at one location – Pouncey Tract with 24 courts.

Swag Bag to include your shirt, tournament pin, free pass to Pickleball Virginia Beach and more to be announced.

Format

Winners Bracket

This tournament will be double elimination, 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 in the winners bracket.

Losers Bracket / Opportunity Bracket

One game to 15 win by 2 in the loser bracket. Keep winning or this event is over….

Losers bracket can win all the way back to the Gold!

Some brackets may be merged due to size. We will merge by skill level first, then age at last resort. Smaller brackets may be moved to a round robin. The tournament briefing will notify you should that change be made along with the scoring changes if any.

Changes may be made as necessary to any/all brackets at the discretion of the tournament director up to the start of play of each bracket.

Weather

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches. There are no refunds. We will offer a make up day if possible or offer an event credit for that specific event. If this is your only event, then you will receive a credit for the entire event less the $15 cost of the swag bag whether you choose to receive it or not. There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.

Health & Safety

There is a first aid table with plenty of water and medical supplies including an AED.

Refund Policy

No refunds for any reason!

If you withdraw you will be issued a credit for a future tournament that we run less a $15 charge
