Kyle Yates dominated the pickleball scene from 2016-2019, winning 4 consecutive mens pro doubles US Open titles , with 3 different partners. He also, alongside Simone Jardim, won back to back mixed pro doubles US Open titles in 2018,2019.
He has also won 4 USAP Nationals professional titles.
In 2018 he was officially awarded the title of #1 ranked player by the WPF.
After a brief hiatus from professional tour events immediately following the pandemic , he is back now competing primarily on the APP tour and has won several gold medals in 2022 including the APP Punta Gorda Open and APP St.Louis Open.
Kyle also helped team Chimeras to a 2nd place finish in the first ever Major League Pickleball event in 2021. In the 2022 season , he is the #1 male player on team “The Bus” out of Columbus, Ohio.

Kyle started his own pickleball apparel brand in 2020 called “PB1965”.
