This year’s event welcomed nearly 3,500 players, including pros and amateurs. Brookhaven Country Club hosted 10,000 pickleball fans at the peak of Championship Sunday, the LARGEST-ever pickleball attendance. Anna Leigh Waters defended her three Nationals titles from last year, marking her 20th career triple crown. Highlights include the Celebrity Pickleball Showdown on Tuesday, Nov. 7, featuring Dirk Nowitzki, Tony Romo, Scottie Scheffler, John Isner, and Jason Kidd, which saw over 400,000 viewers tune in on ESPN. ABC’s first-ever Golden Bachelor and avid pickleball fan/player Gerry Turner attended Nationals on Friday, meeting the pickleball community and hosting a Meet and Greet/signed paddle giveaway.
